As your Relocation Agent, based in Suffolk, Rebecca's dedicated Buying Service, works exclusively for you to find you the perfect house in Suffolk, Norfolk or Essex. Her foremost aim is to find the right house to suit your requirements at the right price. Rebecca Regis also aims to get you in first often before properties come to the market as she has excellent relationships with all the East Anglian agents and many contacts within the property market.

Firstly, Rebecca would like to meet you to begin an initial consultation to assess your exact requirements. Ideally this would be at her home, Moat Farm, in Suffolk or in some cases she can come and meet with you. Rebecca is often in London one day per week to meet with prospective clients.

Secondly, if you wish to take the process further and in order for you to become her Retained Client Rebecca will need to register you. She can either register you at our initial meeting or you can register on line or by fax. On registering with her you will be asked to pay a registration fee of £500.00 to cover the exclusive property search services for a period of 26 weeks, which would be deducted from the final fee once a suitable property in Norfolk, Suffolk or Essex has been found.

Once you have registered with Rebecca Regis she will then register you with the relevant East Anglian estate agents, liase with her network of contacts and as soon as possible arrange for you view a shortlist of suitable properties. Rebecca will be in constant contact with the estate agents on your behalf. In some cases she will preview and filter out seemingly hopeful but unsuitable properties, saving you time and wasted journeys.

Once she has found a suitable property she can advise on acquisition and act on your behalf on the negotiations and see you through to a successful completion. When contracts have been exchanged a further fee based on the purchase price of the property will be due. This will usually be between 1% and 1.5% of the purchase price.
